Personal profile:

    Hu Ruimin is an outstanding scholar of Luojia, a second-class Professor, and a winner of the 7th China Youth Science and Technology Award and the 5th China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award. He once served as vice chairman of Academic Committee of Wuhan University and President of School of Computer Science / National Institute of network security.

    He is currently a member of the national cyberspace security 2030 major special program expert group and executive chairman of the audio group of the national advanced audio and video standards expert group. He served as the chief expert of national key R & D programs (under research) and major science and technology projects (completed projects). He was the first president of Research Institute of Hikvision, technical consultant of TCL company, chief scientist of APAC Research Institute. He has long-term cooperation with Huawei, iFLYTEK and other companies. China City China has hosted four national key projects of natural science and information literacy in the field of multimedia data processing and natural behavior and social understanding, and has been awarded the first prize of the Internet plus Gold Award, the smart city competition, the mobile terminal competition, the CCF excellent doctoral dissertation, the ACM Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of China and the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of the Chinese society of graphic and image. In recent years, it has carried out interdisciplinary research including multimedia information processing, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, natural behavior and social understanding technology, focusing on the theory and method research of spatial massive video coding and information intelligent processing, big data natural behavior and social understanding (trusted identity / secret organization / complex relationship / mode behavior / security analysis), and has been in the United States for 16 years The most famous TRECVID instance competition in the field of international video big data analysis held by NIST of China has won 30 outstanding achievements in the world.

Education background and work experience:

   In 1984, 1990 and 1994, he obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications, and a doctor's degree in signal and information processing of communication and electronic system specialty of Huazhong University of science and technology; from 1994 to 1996, he engaged in post doctoral research in the state Key Laboratory of surveying, mapping and remote sensing information engineering. He is currently the vice chairman of the academic committee of Wuhan University, director of the national multimedia software engineering technology research center, and a recipient of special government subsidies of the State Council. He has won the Fifth China Youth Science and technology award, the seventh China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award and the top ten outstanding youth award of Hubei Province.
