   Wang Zhongyuan, Professor, doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral of Texas A & M University. The research direction is multimedia information processing and network communication, including video big data analysis, video coding, image super-resolution and enhancement.

Projects presided over and participated in:

   He has presided over and participated in the scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the national major science and technology special project, 973 Plan, and major scientific and technological research projects in Hubei Province. He has participated in the implementation of major engineering projects such as Dongguan safe city and Shenzhen electronic bus monitoring, and is one of the drafters of the three standards of the Ministry of public security.

Awards and honors:

    He has published more than 80 papers in IEEE Trans journals and top international conferences such as ICME and DCC, and applied for more than 10 invention patents. Some technologies have entered China's AVS national standards, and won 6 science and technology awards from the Ministry of education, the Ministry of public security, Hubei Province and Guangdong Province.
